2. Definitions

4.2 No Guarantees of Outcomes

While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we make no representations or warranties regarding any specific financial outcomes, investment results, or other benefits that may result from participating in our Services. Financial markets involve inherent risks, and past performance does not indicate future results.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Service Fees

Service fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to the pricing structure in effect at the time of enrollment. All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the Service unless alternative payment arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as communicated during the enrollment process. Payment processing may be handled by third-party service providers subject to their own terms and conditions.

5.3 Refund Policy

Participants may request a full refund if they withdraw from a Service at least 7 days before the first scheduled session. Withdrawals made less than 7 days before the first session are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided once the first session has commenced, except in cases of serious illness or other exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

6. Participant Responsibilities

6.1 Attendance and Participation

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time and engage constructively with the material and discussion. If you cannot attend a session, please notify us in advance. We reserve the right to refuse continued participation to individuals who repeatedly miss sessions without notice.

6.2 Conduct

Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all sessions. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or disrespectful treatment of educators or other participants will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Service without refund.

6.3 Confidentiality

Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants during sessions. Personal financial details or circumstances disclosed during discussions should not be shared outside the learning environment.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to presentations, materials, frameworks, guides, and other educational resources, are the intellectual property of horizon lleearne and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials solely for personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our Materials without explicit written permission.

7.3 Restrictions

Participants may not record sessions (audio or video), share Materials with non-participants, or use Materials for commercial purposes. Violation of these restrictions may result in legal action and immediate termination of access to Services.
